Is it safe to do business over the internet? - Generally speaking, yes. Like every other mode of business, there are those
that will set up fraudulent schemes. We are not afraid to give you our home off address: 1 Bishop place, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17011. Our phone number is

Do you have a refund or warranty policy? - Yes we do. We will refund your money if the product you receive is not what you ordered. Our
life time warranty covers materials and workmanship that has not been damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse. Should you have a defect in a couple of years, let us
know and we will quickly remedy the problem, (although we have never had the need to repair or replace any defective trade show display yet).
How safe is it to do business with you? - Very safe. We use PayPal as our internet payment processing service. By using
PayPal, you may verify us as being a legitimate company. To establish our authenticity with PayPal, we hade to post with them, our bank account number and credit card

How soon could you have my project completed? - That really depends on your project. If you are looking for a trade show display that is in
stock, we can generally ship the same day if you place your order before 4:00 eastern standard time. If you need a custom trade show display or exhibit, that would take

Who provides the artwork? - That is your
choice. We can provide art or if you have art that is ready to
print, we can use your files. There may be additional charges if we

What file formats do you prefer? - We can work with most file formats for both Mac and PC. Tiff, AI, PSD, JPG are your basic formats.

Why does it take so long to upload my artwork? - That depends upon file size, your internet connection speed, and internet traffic.
How will you ship my product? - Shipping will depend upon what is being shipped and the best rates available at the time. We use
UPS, FedEx and
Highwayfreight.com
for shipping and rates.
How long does it take to set up my trade show display? - A standard ten foot display takes about 15 - 20 minutes to set up.
What colors may I get my trade show display in? - Colors for immediate shipping are royal blue, black, red, yellow and green.
How long will my graphics last? - Duration of your graphics depends on how well you take care of them. We use seventy-five
year archival inks and U.V. overlaminates to protect your prints. Fading is drastically reduced and your prints are protected from the elements. Or long term
vehicle graphics are made with Avery eight year outdoor vinyl and our solvent inks carry a five year warranty without lamination. Return
Policy - We've never had anyone want to return something. However, should there be a need to return something, this would be the recommended step.
